Your documents already know how to draft. We taught them.

Upload two or three of your past documents. DocuWright’s AI turns them into a reusable template in minutes, using only your own words. Send clients a smart intake link, and download finished, formatted documents. $69 a month, flat.

The tools built for small firms keep getting acquired and forgotten.

Document automation for small firms is usually a module bolted onto a large practice-management suite. It gets redesigned after every acquisition, repriced mid-contract, and broken by the next upgrade. DocuWright is the opposite: a dedicated, independent layer that does one job, turning your own documents into working templates, and it runs quietly beside whatever software you already use.

How it works

From your past documents to your next hundred.

Step one

Upload your past documents

Two or three of your own wills, trusts, or petitions. Your language, your formatting.

{client_name}
{execution_date}
if: minor_children
?Flagged for your review

Step two

Review what the AI found

A plain-English map of every fill-in field, condition, and repeating section. Anything uncertain is flagged for you, never guessed.

Step three

Send the link, download the documents

Clients answer a smart intake form on any device; you generate finished Word documents in seconds.

See what you get back

Upload two or three of your past documents. DocuWright shows you a plain-English map of every field and every decision, and flags anything it is unsure about for your review.

What this template does

  • Fills in the client’s full legal name, executor, and execution date.
  • Includes the guardianship section only when the client has minor children.
  • Repeats a section for each child.

Flagged for your review (1 open)

DocuWright could not confidently map this section, so it left it alone. Nothing here was guessed or rewritten.

The spouse’s name appears twice in one paragraph. DocuWright did not guess whether this should be one field or two. Resolve it into a field, or keep it as written.

DocuWright never invents legal language. When it is unsure, it asks you.

The AI never writes legal language. That is a feature.

Every word in every generated document is yours. DocuWright’s AI restructures your existing text into a template. It never composes legal language of its own, and it never guesses.

I.

Your words only. The AI restructures the language in your uploaded documents. It does not write or invent legal text.

II.

Uncertainty is flagged, never guessed. Any field, condition, or clause the AI is not sure about is marked for your review.

III.

You approve every template. Nothing is used with a client until you have reviewed and signed off on it.

Security

Encrypted at rest. Hosted in the United States. Each firm’s data is isolated, and client intake data belongs to the firm.

A note from Sanket

Founder, DocuWright

I’m not a lawyer. That’s exactly why DocuWright works the way it does.

Every legal automation tool I looked at either wrote its own boilerplate language, which no careful attorney trusts, took hours to set up each template, or got bought by a bigger company and quietly fell apart. So I built the opposite. DocuWright never writes a word of legal language. It takes documents you already wrote, in your words, and turns them into reusable templates you review and approve. Your language, your judgment, just without the assembly time.

Flat price, no per-seat games, no template caps. It runs beside whatever practice management software you already use.

If something’s off, email me directly. I read every message.

Questions

Is this legal advice?

No. DocuWright is document software. It assembles documents from templates you build and approve; it does not advise you or your clients on the law.

What happens to my documents?

They remain yours. Documents are encrypted at rest, hosted in the United States, and isolated per firm. They are used to build your templates and nothing else. Client intake data belongs to your firm.

Does it replace Clio or MyCase?

No, and that is deliberate. DocuWright is a document layer that runs alongside your practice management software, or none at all. No migration, ever.

What file formats does it use?

Word in, Word out. You upload your past documents as .docx files, and finished documents download as formatted .docx, ready to open, edit, and print.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It will not guess. Anything the AI is uncertain about is flagged for your review, and you approve every template before it is used. The AI never writes legal language. It only restructures yours.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Cancel during your 14-day trial and you pay nothing. Flat monthly pricing, no contract.
