A Note on Scheduling

At DocuWright Technical Services, we can often fit in rush jobs and can occasionally provide overnight turnaround. However, our work load is extremely variable, and we normally edit projects in the order they arrive at our office. Please plan your schedule so you can give us two or three days to get to short projects (letters, student papers, etc.), three or four days for longer or more complex projects (journal articles, graduate papers, etc.), and a week or more for large projects. A doctoral dissertation may well take three weeks and several drafts sent back and forth between us before it is complete. If we just received five large projects yesterday, we might not be able to get to your project today.

At DocuWright Technical Services, we do NOT work on Sunday. If you have a document that you absolutely need to have finished on Monday morning, send it to us on Friday. If you wait until Saturday night to send it to us, you will be disappointed. We do not work on Sunday, and we don't even check our e-mail on Sunday. Anything you send us on Saturday night or Sunday will not be looked at until Monday morning.
